Delivery
We currently use Toll Ipec or Australia Post for shipping. Most goods are dispatched within 48 hours from the time your order is placed. Please allow extra time after weekends and holidays as we do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays. We try our best to get your order out quick but will not guarantee the due times beneath due to any unforeseen circumstances. Perth Metro WA 1 – 2 working days. All other states please allow 4 – 7 working days. Please add an extra 2 days for rural areas. A Signature will be required on delivery.
International Delivery
Please email us at hello@capecollection.com.au and we can quote you a delivery price if we are able to send to your destination.
Returns
- Cape Collection will not refund or replace any product because choice of fragrance by customer does not suit or customer changes their mind on the product.
- Cape Collection will not be liable for any loss or damages incurred once goods have been delivered to the customer
- Cape Collection will not be liable for any misuse or negligence by customers using our products under any circumstances. Customers are always advised to read the safety instructions attached to each product before use.
- Cancellation of online orders are not possible.
- Claims for breakages must be lodged within 24 hours from receipt of delivery.
